The Half Day Program

for the 2010 - 2011 school year

9:00 am – 12:00 noon

 The Half Day program morning session begins in the morning with group time.  The children review the days of the week and the months of the year.  The teacher presents new materials to the children.  The teacher then dismisses each child and asks him/her to select a material from one of the curriculum areas throughout the classroom.  At eleven o’clock the children return to the group time for songs and then go to the outside play yard for about thirty minutes.  The morning ends with the children lining up to go home.

12:00 noon – 3:00 pm

The afternoon session begins with group lunch followed by group time.  The children review the cultural curriculum, Botany, Zoology, History or Geography.  New materials to the classroom are presented.  The children are then dismissed from the group to select from the curriculum materials that are arranged by areas throughout the classroom.  At 2:45 pm, the children return to the group time for songs.  The afternoon ends with the children’s dismissal.

Tuition paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $685.00, $700.00 for Toddlers
